| The event starts with a 7.5 mile hill run round Am Meallan, followed by a 20 mile cycle ride around Loch Beinn à Mheadhoin (Benevean) then a 2.5 mile run to the finish! Please note: The Glen Affric road will be closed to traffic beyond the Chisholm Bridge for the duration of the event. Beyond Dog Falls extreme care will be required due to on-coming racing cyclists. |

| With "Ancient Landscapes" as this year's theme, there are 15 guided walks graded from easy to strenuous. Eight new walks for 2008 including a 2 day ridge walk with overnight stay at Alltbeithe YH. Free evening BBQs and bat walks on Friday and Saturday courtesy of Forestry Commission Scotland. Advance bookings only please due to restrictions on numbers. |
